She wore gloves but handed out dirty coins at the till and then used the same gloves, which she kept on, to put cucumber slices and salad onto the sandwich. When I asked her why she did that, she simply replied that I could complain if I wanted to. She then lied blatantly that she had changed the gloves. I asked for a refund. After giving me my money back, she continued making sandwiches for other school children with the same gloves still on! What a callous behaviour. I am surprised that the owner employs such staff.
